Food Support
We understand that having enough kai for the family can be difficult.
We link to a number of local agencies to provide support.
Food support is available to those registered and working with our Social Work/Financial Mentoring Team.
Food via Birthright Kapiti
With the support of Kaibosh Food Rescue we are able to support families with kai. This is limited and reserved for solo parent families registered with our service.
(Kaibosh does not offer food directly to individuals)
Food Parcels from Foodbank
Birthright Kapiti work closely with Kapiti Foodbank to support our village to access food parcels as part of an ongoing support plan. If you are already working with us and would like additional food support, get in touch. Food support options will be discussed with all new families to our service.
Waikanae Food Share
Our families are also supported by the Waikanae Food Share - this is a self referred service.
